National Army Training Award (NATA)

After passing a selection weekend, over the term 1 holidays 2 cadets; Corporal Louis Conlon and Corporal Richard Johnson travelled to Tasmania and successfully completed the National Army Training Award (NATA), completing a variety of arduous mental and physical activities. Cadets completing the NATA have achieved a high level of field skills together with strong leadership, initiative, self-reliance and the ability to work as part of a team.

CACTC (Chief of Army Team Challenge)

After passing a selection weekend, congratulations to Cadet Dragon Fan who has been selected to be a member of the Victorian team competing in the CACTC which is scheduled over the period 03-08 July in Canungra, South Queensland.

The CACTC is the ultimate cadet team challenge available in the AAC program where Regional teams complete in a series of military-like activities; a culmination of many of the elements of the national Cadet Development Continuum (CDC) with the winning team being awarded the Chief of Army Trophy.
