On Thursday 13th of July four MHS runners competed in the SSV All Highs finals which was 5km run around the Yarra Valley Racecourse at Yarra Glen for the 16 and 17-20 boys, and 3km for the 15s. Against all the best runners from State schools around Victoria overall MHS did well in fine weather conditions.
- In the 15s Armeet Dhaliwal finished 12th with a time of 11:25
- In the 16s Finley Symons did well to finish on the podium with a silver medal for 2nd place and a time of 17:16
- Aryan Pokhrel came 38th with a time of 19:13
- Ayaan Ayubi was the only competitor in the 17-20 age group.
This wraps up MHS SSV competitions for 2023, all that remains is the All-Schools Cross Country competition on Saturday 22rd of July against the best private and state school runners.
