Last Saturday 22nd July, in glorious sunshine at Bundoora Park Bundoora, 9 Melbourne High School students competed in two U18 4 by 4km relay teams.
Against tough competition, the results were:

- 15th Armeet Dhaliwal 13.49
- 50th Daniel Ball 13.49
- 70th Xavier Bruzzanti 14.49
Under 17 6 kms
- 3rd Finley Symons 19.36
- 38th Aryan Pokhrel 23.23
Under 18 6 kms
- 53rd Ayaan Ayubi 23.56
- 82nd Abishek Sundaram 28.50
Under 20 8 kms
- 45th Harry Chen 34.32
- 54th Edwin Liu 43.30
Well done to all MHS runners. Congratulations to those who have been selected to represent Victoria in the National Cross Country Championships in Canberra on the 26th August 2023.
Finley’s podium finish is the first for MHS in All Schools since Olympic walker and MHSOB Rhydian Cowley.
This event concludes the MHS Cross Country teams season for 2023 under Captain Harry Chen. This has been a good building block for the 2024 season.
