All Year 9 parents and guardians are encouraged to attend the Parent Information Evening and Wominjeka Expo this Tuesday 27 February from 5.30-7:00pm. The night will begin at 5:30pm with parents and students gathering in classrooms to meet other parents from the same form and to take a look at some of the work produced by their son and their classmates as part of the Wominjeka project that has been running over the first three weeks of term.
At 6:00pm we will move to Memorial Hall where the School Principal, Assistant Principal, Junior School Coordinator, Year 9 Student Learning Coordinators and Wellbeing Coordinator will provide some details and advice about the year. Some of the topics that will be discussed include expectations, uniform, Millgrove camp, wellbeing, careers advice and how to communicate with the school. Students are not required to attend this portion of the evening and can wait in classrooms.
In preparation for the Year 9 Parent Information night we would like to hear from you, and what you would like to know about the school and about your son’s day to day schooling. We ask that you fill out THIS FORM so we can answer your questions on the night.
If you are unable to attend in person you are able to watch the event online by CLICKING HERE. Live stream will start at 6:00pm.
Regards,
Mr Robert Sette, Junior School Coordinator
Mr Matthew Roberts, Student Learning Coordinator (9A-9G)
