Despite a very wet and soggy day seeing only about half the volunteer numbers we were originally expecting, we had a fantastic and very successful day at the Millgrove Working Bee yesterday!
We had about 30 hardy parents, students, and their younger siblings working hard all day, along with our Millgrove team (including Tim), trainees and cook (as well as Nerines and my son’s who we roped in to help). It was also fantastic to have MHS wonderfully represented to Andrew Sloan who was our meet and greet, OHS guru as well as job allocation officer! Although we had prepared for large numbers, it was actually great to have 30 hard workers (which is still an incredible turn out) on the day.
