On March 26th, Melbourne High School hosted another successful Entrepreneurship Forum, featuring an impressive lineup of distinguished speakers. We were honoured to welcome:
- Jono Hansford, Founder and Director of JH Basketball
- Aiden Biggar, Old Boy and Founder of Carbonix
- Jon Michail, Founder and CEO of Image Group International
- James Hatzimoisis, Senior Director at Barry Plant Real Estate
- Bridgett Engeler, Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship Studies at Swinburne University
The theme for the forum was “The AI Revolution: Ethics, Innovation & Entrepreneurship: Navigating the Future with Integrity.” The day was not only informative but also inspirational, motivational, and engaging.
In a world where AI is becoming increasingly integral to education, business, and society, the forum provided invaluable insights from some of the most respected leaders in their respective fields. The presenters highlighted both the vast opportunities that AI offers and the importance of adopting the technology ethically. Each speaker shared how AI is being applied within their industries to drive innovation and improve outcomes. However, they also emphasised the need for responsible use of AI, ensuring it is not abused or misused in any capacity.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to our esteemed presenters for taking time out of their busy schedules to share their expertise with our students. The feedback from students has been overwhelmingly positive, with many students remarking on how inspirational and informative the presentations were.
Thank you again to everyone involved in making this event a great success.
