Following from qualifying during the 3 Day Schools Cup in July, the Melbourne High School 11A Volleyball team competed at the Nationals Australian Volleyball Schools Cup in Gold Coast where we played the best 3 schools of every state. The team put in an exceptional amount of work and should be proud of their efforts leading up and during the tournament. It was an amazing experience, playing up in the heat of Queensland and against some of the top teams in the country. I’m sure this is a trip that many of us won’t forget. We greatly appreciate the hard work of Mr Sloan, Ms Wantania and Rob Kim who helped us throughout the entire duration of the trip, this trip could not have been done without them.
